Hello everyone, we’ve just created these interactive infographics about the history of chocolate and how recent levels of processing in chocolate has eroded the super well actually ultra-food capabilities of raw cocoa.

Go see the fantastic interactive timline across our 4000 years with cocoa. From monkeys to ancient civilisations and the industrial revolution; everyone played their part. We argue now with the knowledge available that the chocolate world will revert to some of the foundations our South American ancient cousins held so dear about Kakaw (Mayan for Cocoa!).
